Something Wickedly Creative Is Brewing at Buttermilk Basin!
Welcome to AUGTOBER—our month-long celebration of all things fall, Halloween & handmade!
We’re mixing a little bit of August with a whole lot of October and filling it with NEW designs, creative inspiration, special releases, FREEBIES, festive surprises, live gatherings and plenty of stitching along the way.
Whether you love wool appliqué, quilting, cross stitch—or simply love the magic of creating for the season—there will be something waiting for you throughout Augtober.
And at the heart of the celebration is our FREE Augtober Stitch Along, where we’ll be stitching together and welcoming fall one stitch at a time.

Augtober Stitching Nights | Wednesdays • 7–8 PM CST
Grab your stitching, pour yourself a coffee, and join us online for five cozy Wednesday evenings of Augtober stitching!
Beginning Wednesday, August 19, we’ll gather on Zoom for an hour of casual stitching, conversation, Halloween inspiration & a little Buttermilk Basin fun. Bring your cross stitch, wool appliqué, embroidery—or whatever you have in your stitching basket—and spend the evening creating right along with us!
And Kristi has some fun things planned for each Wednesday night, so you never quite know what might be brewing!
